Rajat Agarwal is building the future of customer experience AI. His research is dedicated to a critical challenge: creating AI agents that not only communicate but also understand, learn, and adapt. He architects sophisticated CXM bots and, more importantly, develops the advanced evaluation frameworks necessary to ensure they perform with precision and reliability. His work on self-improvement pipelines is turning static bots into dynamic, continuously learning systems, shaping a future where AI-driven interactions are seamless, intelligent, and impactful.

With a Master's from the prestigious IIT Roorkee, Rajat's journey of innovation has taken him from foundational software engineering at Nvidia to cutting-edge research at IIIT-Delhi, SHL Labs and now as a Lead Research Scientist at Sprinklr.
