Mr. Rohan Mishra

Rohan Mishra is serving as Deputy Director at the National Informatics Centre (NIC), MeitY. He is currently posted as IT Head at the Governor’s Secretariat, Bihar, where he is leading digital transformation initiatives to strengthen governance, transparency, and citizen-centric service delivery.

At NIC Headquarters, New Delhi, he had the opportunity to contribute to several nationally significant projects such as the National Knowledge Network (NKN), implementation of SD-WAN at Delhi Police Headquarters, and being part of the core team for the rollout of the Aarogya Setu App during the COVID-19 pandemic.

With a strong interest in Digital Transformation and e-Governance, he has designed and implemented impactful solutions including the University Grievance Redressal System and the Appeal Monitoring System for all universities of Bihar, which have streamlined processes, enhanced accountability, and improved stakeholder experience in higher education governance.

He is deeply passionate about integrating emerging technologies with governance frameworks and continuously works towards building scalable, secure, and sustainable digital ecosystems that can deliver real impact at the ground level.
